Sad news to report tonight…Danny Federici, the E Street Band’s organist and keyboard player for over 40 years, died Thursday afternoon after a three year battle with melanoma. Springsteen’s website has more, including a note from Bruce and some tribute videos. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking donations be made to the Danny Federici Melanoma
